We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. This position plays a vital role in driving the resort’s revenue and occupancy performance, maintaining strong relationships with global travel partners, and continuously evolving sales strategies to remain competitive in the luxury hospitality space.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on sales experience, with a background in luxury resort environments and a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
🔍 Key Duties and Responsibilities
As the Assistant Sales Manager at Velassaru Maldives, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative and data-driven sales plans that align with the resort’s business goals, focusing on increasing revenue streams and maximizing occupancy throughout the year.

✅ Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Assistant Sales Manager position should meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.
