Key Responsibilities
As the strategic head of the food and beverage division, the Director will:

Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering operations.

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to meet brand standards and customer expectations.

Manage financial performance, budget planning, and profitability of the department.

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through innovative menu offerings and top-tier service.

Mentor and coach department managers and staff to uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Education & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following:

Option 1: High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management.

Option 2: 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
