- Reservation Agent (Local)
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of reservations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing bookings and ensuring smooth coordination across departments, contributing directly to the success of our luxury resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations with high accuracy using PMS/CRS systems.
- Provide exceptional guest service with a sales-driven and guest-focused approach.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and resort policies.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment.
- Ensure all booking details are recorded accurately and up to date.
Qualifications and Skills Required
