- Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping operations to maintain the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to the resort’s quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring efficient stock management.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining a professional and positive approach.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star resort environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Experience working with multi-national teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Positive, “can do” attitude with strong teamwork and leadership skills.
