We are seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following position at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives:
- Food & Beverage Supervisor (Local)
This role is ideal for a professional passionate about hospitality, eager to oversee and enhance the food and beverage operations while ensuring outstanding service quality in a luxury resort environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring all standards meet the resort’s high expectations.
- Manage, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service consistently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during all dining services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and operational reports.
- Assist in developing innovative dining experiences and implementing new service procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a five-star resort or hotel.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing, charismatic, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high service standards.
