Key Responsibilities
- Patrol the resort grounds to ensure guest and staff safety and enforce security protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or unusual situations.
- Assist in open water rescue operations and provide emergency response support when needed.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access points to detect and prevent potential hazards.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, daily activities, and security reports.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with other team members as required.
- Ensure compliance with all resort safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness for patrolling outdoor areas.
