Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of the management team, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager will:

Supervise housekeeping operations and team members to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and service.

Oversee daily schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks.

Manage inventory and coordinate supplies to meet operational needs efficiently.

Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of housekeeping management experience in a full-service hotel or resort environment.
