Key Responsibilities
While each role has its own unique duties, all positions share a common goal: to create memorable guest experiences with professionalism and enthusiasm. Below are general responsibilities aligned with each position:

Cluster Reservation Agent: Manage and confirm bookings across multiple properties, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent communication with guests and agents.

Laundry Manager: Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, maintain quality standards, and ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Welfare Coordinator: Support the well-being of staff members by organizing welfare activities, providing personal support, and ensuring positive workplace culture.

Ambassador (Maldivian – Female): Act as the face of the resort for Maldivian guests and visitors, offering personalized services and cultural guidance.

Commis Chef (Maldivian – Male): Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and presentation, maintaining hygiene standards and creative flair.

Excursion Guide: Lead and coordinate resort excursions, provide informative and safe guest experiences, and share knowledge about Maldivian nature and culture.

Recreation Attendant: Facilitate guest activities, manage sports and leisure programs, and ensure guests are engaged and entertained.
Qualifications and Skills Required
We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to deliver excellence in a luxury setting. The following are the general qualifications expected:
Mandatory Requirements:

Relevant education or certifications based on the role

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort operations (preferred)
