Key Responsibilities
As a Commis Chef in the Staff Cafeteria, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking meals for staff according to daily menus and dietary requirements

Assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in food preparation and kitchen operations

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards

Ensuring proper storage and labeling of food items

Supporting the kitchen team during busy meal hours

Helping reduce food waste and improve kitchen efficiency

Adapting to special requests and dietary needs of team members when necessary
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry
