Job Title: Commis Chef – Staff Cafeteria

Key Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef in the Staff Cafeteria, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals for staff according to daily menus and dietary requirements

  • Assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in food preparation and kitchen operations

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards

  • Ensuring proper storage and labeling of food items

  • Supporting the kitchen team during busy meal hours

  • Helping reduce food waste and improve kitchen efficiency

  • Adapting to special requests and dietary needs of team members when necessary

Qualifications and Skills Required

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry
