Job Title: PR and Communications Executive
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated PR and Communications Executive to join our marketing and communications team at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef. Based on the island, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the resort’s brand presence, generating global exposure, and supporting all internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities
As the PR and Communications Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Creating and editing engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications.

Managing media relationships and maintaining contact with journalists, influencers, and PR agencies.

Overseeing social media accounts with strategic content planning, execution, and monitoring.

Coordinating photoshoots, media visits, and press trips to promote the resort.

Supporting marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

Monitoring media coverage and providing performance reports to management.

Representing the brand in external communications while aligning with the resort's voice and values.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Ideal candidates will bring both professional experience and personal passion for luxury travel and communication. The essential qualifications and skills include:

A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or hospitality marketing, preferably in the luxury resort or tourism sector.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media professionals and influencers.
