JOALI BEING is looking for a dedicated and passionate Wellbeing Concierge to join its transformative island community. This role requires someone who is committed to delivering exceptional service, creating warm guest interactions, and supporting the retreat’s mission of joyful, holistic living.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a spa receptionist in a five-star luxury resort environment.
- Previous experience in wellness retreats or remote island settings is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and strong conversational English skills.
- Outgoing personality, strong teamwork mindset, and the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of multitasking skills and a genuine passion for wellness and healthy living.
- Proficiency in the Russian language is required.
