General Requirements
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Good office-based administrative skills, ideally in HR.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Prior experience in Human Resources and hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with employment regulations, labor law, and HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
