As a Marine Biologist Intern, you will support the resort’s Excursions and Marine teams in delivering memorable and safe experiences for our guests. General Requirements
Successful candidates should be able to:
- Support the Excursions team in delivering safe, engaging, and meaningful guest experiences.
- Assist with daily excursion operations, including guest preparation, briefings, and logistics.
- Support snorkeling trips, dolphin cruises, island visits, and other nature-based excursions under supervision.
- Engage with guests professionally, sharing basic knowledge about marine life, nature, and local culture.
- Maintain excursion equipment, boats, and safety gear, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and operational guidelines during excursions.
- Assist with guest feedback collection and address basic guest requests during excursions.
- Collaborate closely with the Excursions, Marine, and Experiences teams to support daily operations.
