We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the following positions in our Food & Beverage department at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa:
- F&B Hostess (Russian Speaking)
- F&B Attendant (Local Only)
Candidates will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional dining experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service, and contributing positively to the resort’s vibrant team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to guests in the resort’s restaurants and bars.
- Assist in the setup and presentation of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Support guests with menu recommendations and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain professional communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Assist in special events and banquets as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficiency in Russian for the F&B Hostess position; local candidates preferred for F&B Attendant.
- Prior experience in luxury resorts, hotels, or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and multicultural environment.
