- Chief Accountant
The Chief Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the resort. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about financial management within a luxury hospitality setting. General Requirements
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage).
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation regulations.
- Energetic, motivated, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to go the extra mile for both guests and colleagues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
