Fari Campus Maldives is seeking a creative, organized, and people-focused Welfare & HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources Department. This role plays a vital part in promoting staff welfare, engagement, and a positive workplace culture within a diverse team of over 1,300 residents.

Key Responsibilities
As a Welfare & HR Coordinator at Fari Campus Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Developing creative programs and events that foster team spirit, inclusion, and well-being.
- Supporting the HR department in managing employee relations, welfare concerns, and communications.
- Maintaining effective communication with employees across different levels and nationalities.
- Preparing reports and assisting with HR administrative functions as required.
- Capturing and promoting engagement activities through photos, videos, and visual storytelling.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR, welfare, or engagement role.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Creative approach to developing innovative engagement and welfare activities.
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect across cultures and backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of photo, video, or graphic editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on events or activities.
- Preference will be given to local (Maldivian) candidates.
