- Guest Service Agent (Locals) – Front Office
- Villa Host (Locals) – Front Office
- Waiters (Locals) – Food & Beverage Service
- Laundry Attendant (Locals) – Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable stay for all visitors.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in assigned areas.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally, providing prompt assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth resort operations.
- Adhere to resort policies, procedures, and standards, including safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a resort setting.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World (LOA) standards is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with a multi-national team.
