Club Med Finolhu Villas is seeking a professional and service-oriented Villa Host (Butler) to join its world-class team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a genuine desire to create unforgettable experiences for guests.
As a Villa Host, you will play a key role in providing personalized and seamless service throughout the guest journey — from arrival to departure. You will anticipate needs, manage in-villa experiences, and ensure that every detail meets the standards of a leading luxury resort in the Maldives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Villa Host - Butler, your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Providing personalized in-villa services and anticipating guest needs to ensure a flawless experience.
- Coordinating daily housekeeping, maintenance, and in-villa dining requests.
- Assisting guests with activity bookings, reservations, and island experiences.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of resort services and local attractions to provide accurate information.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest stay.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- Highly adaptable with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and dedication to luxury guest service standards.
