Security Manager
Crown & Champa Resorts is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to join its team in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives. This exciting luxury resort job opportunity is ideal for security professionals with strong leadership skills, resort experience, and a passion for maintaining safe and secure hospitality environments.
The Security Manager will be responsible for leading the resort’s security operations and ensuring the safety of guests, Champions, employees, and resort assets. The successful candidate will oversee the Security team, manage security risks, coordinate emergency responses, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism throughout the property.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage daily security operations, implement security procedures, conduct risk assessments, and work closely with resort management and relevant authorities when required. The ideal candidate will have experience handling island resort security operations, including marine activities, jetty operations, and guest movements.

Key Responsibilities
The Security Manager will oversee all security functions within the resort and ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and operations.
- Lead and supervise the Security team and manage daily security operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, Champions, employees, and resort assets.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, patrol activities, and other security equipment.
- Manage security incidents, emergencies, investigations, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Train, coach, and develop Security team members to maintain high operational standards.
- Coordinate with resort management, local authorities, and emergency services when required.
- Manage marine and island resort security operations, including jetty activities and guest movements.
- Support safe boat arrivals, departures, and emergency marine response procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement of security practices across the resort.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Crown & Champa Resorts is looking for a security professional with strong experience in resort operations, team leadership, and emergency management.
- Maldivian candidates are preferred.
- Previous Maldives resort security experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Maldives laws, security regulations, and resort security requirements.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant security management or supervisory experience.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, risk management, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and incident management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies and challenging situations.
- Relevant security certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage.
