Key Responsibilities
The selected Bartender will be responsible for delivering efficient beverage service while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Provide personalized and attentive service while recommending beverages based on individual guest preferences.

- Ensure proper stock control, inventory management, and portion control to minimize wastage.
- Monitor beverage supplies and communicate stock requirements to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and properly use all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and other service supplies.
- Apply appropriate mixology techniques, cocktail presentation methods, garnishing standards, and established recipes.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.
- Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the bar area consistently reflects luxury hospitality standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Crown & Champa Resorts is looking for a passionate and professional Bartender with the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills required to deliver outstanding beverage experiences.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end bar.
- Professional qualification in Bartending, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and other beverages.
- Good understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail presentation, garnishing, and beverage recipes.
- Previous experience in a luxury resort or international hospitality environment is an advantage.

- Good command of the English language.
