Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining kitchen and laundry equipment and supporting the smooth operation of the resort's technical facilities.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
- Maintain ovens, dishwashers, cooking equipment, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and other related machinery.
- Ensure all kitchen and laundry equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
