Teppanyaki CDP

ROBINSON Maldives is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teppanyaki Chef De Partie to join its culinary team.   • For the Teppanyaki position, prepare and cook dishes using appropriate teppanyaki techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, freshness, and consistency.
  • Follow food handling, allergen management, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times.
  • Monitor food quality, storage conditions, expiry dates, and proper food handling practices.
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas.
