Key Responsibilities

- Addressing guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the Marine Sports Centre Manager when necessary.
- Assisting with bookings, messages, and other guest-related tasks as required.
- Administering daily activity billing and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Upselling resort activities and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar guest relations role within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
