Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests in the restaurant, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in the dining area.
- Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the resort’s high standards of service.
- Adhere to LQA and HACCP guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Demonstrate a positive, guest-oriented attitude while promoting the resort’s values of Passion, Responsibility, Independence, Individuality, Cordiality, and Empathy.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Familiarity with LQA and HACCP standards is a plus.
