SAii Lagoon Maldives is seeking a meticulous, resourceful, and organized Engineering Coordinator to join its professional Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in administration, documentation, and technical coordination within a resort setting.
The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing technical reports, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the engineering department. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of resort operations and the ability to work independently while ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Coordinator at SAii Lagoon Maldives, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Engineering team.
- Preparing and maintaining engineering reports, records, and documentation.
- Assisting in scheduling maintenance activities and tracking work orders.
- Coordinating communication between the engineering department and other resort divisions.
- Ensuring accurate filing of technical documents, maintenance logs, and safety records.
- Monitoring inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and coordinating procurement requests.
- Supporting the Engineering Manager in planning preventive maintenance programs.
- Handling confidential data and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Preferably Maldivian national.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality environment.
- Relevant technical qualifications and administrative background.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of hotel or resort engineering operations.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to stay composed in a busy work environment.
