Location: Noku Maldives, Noonu Atoll
Noku Maldives is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Receptionist to join its Front Office team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel at providing warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and attentive guest support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist at Noku Maldives, your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests with professionalism and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and reservations efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and updating information as required.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assisting with billing, payments, and financial transactions at the Front Desk.
- Providing information about resort services, facilities, and activities.
- Resolving guest issues with patience, empathy, and prompt action.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A guest-focused, positive, and can-do attitude with strong motivation to deliver exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
