Key Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a 5-star luxury property.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proactive and focused attention to guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Pleasant, charming personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, with a hands-on, service-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
