Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef at The Nautilus Maldives, your core responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Executive Chef in the overall management of kitchen operations with a focus on Mediterranean and European cuisine.

Leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary excellence and consistency.

Developing and curating bespoke menus based on guest preferences and seasonal availability.

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation in accordance with HACCP and resort policies.

Collaborating with other departments to create unique, guest-centered culinary events and experiences.

Monitoring food costs and inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimal wastage.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To excel in this hospitality job in the Maldives, candidates must possess the following:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury resort or 5-star fine dining restaurant.
