Executive Chef – Around The World Concept
.Here is inviting an accomplished and visionary Executive Chef to join our leadership team and lead the culinary operations for our ultra-luxury resort. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about innovation and excellence in fine dining. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in designing and executing a globally inspired menu, tailored to an international clientele seeking sophisticated, memorable culinary experiences.
As Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, and cultivate a creative and collaborative kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation aligned with the resort’s luxury standards.

Conceptualize, develop, and innovate menus featuring international cuisines with a focus on creativity and guest preferences.

Manage kitchen operations including planning, budgeting, procurement, and inventory control to optimize food cost and minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, LQA, Forbes, and other food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and other resort departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.

Coach, mentor, and develop culinary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, high performance, and continuous learning.

Champion sustainability by integrating locally sourced, seasonal ingredients into menus.

Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve culinary offerings and service.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Chef or similar leadership role in an ultra-luxury, award-winning hotel or resort.

Proven expertise in high-end restaurant management, preferably with Michelin star experience or exposure.

Strong background in culinary conceptualization and pre-opening operations.

Deep understanding of international cuisine trends and ability to cater to a diverse, high-end clientele.

Proficient in kitchen budgeting, food cost control, and resource planning.

Thorough knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, LQA, and Forbes standards.
