Key Responsibilities
As Junior Sommelier, your role will include:

Assisting with the selection, procurement, and presentation of the wine list

Providing expert advice and recommendations to guests on wine pairings

Maintaining proper storage and inventory of wine and beverages

Supporting the Food & Beverage team in delivering smooth and memorable service

Conducting wine tastings and training sessions for staff to improve beverage knowledge

Qualifications and Skills Required
