We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and innovative individuals for the following resort careers in the Maldives:
Front Office Manager
As a Front Office Manager, you will lead the reception and guest services teams, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. This leadership role requires a confident professional who can deliver luxury service while motivating their team to exceed guest expectations.
Bartender (Female)
Our ideal female Bartender is friendly, artistic, and highly skilled in mixology. This position requires someone who can create signature cocktails, engage with international guests, and maintain the energetic ambiance of our bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office Manager

Oversee front office operations including reception, guest services, and concierge.

Ensure consistent luxury service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Manage team scheduling, training, and performance.

Collaborate with other departments for smooth guest experiences.

Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and implement service improvements.
Bartender (Female)

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Manage inventory and ensure bar supplies are well-stocked.

Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications and Skills Required
For Front Office Manager:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel) preferred.
For Bartender (Female):

At least 2 years of bartending experience in a resort or upscale setting.

Knowledge of international cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.

Strong guest service and communication skills.

Well-groomed, energetic, and able to work flexible shifts.

Basic knowledge of bar inventory management.
