Job Title and Description: Executive Assistant Manager

OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi is currently seeking an Executive Assistant Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the resort’s operational success and guest satisfaction. This position calls for an experienced hospitality professional passionate about leadership, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As the Executive Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. Key Responsibilities
