As a Reservations Agent at Crown & Champa Resorts, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential guests. 📝 Key Tasks and Responsibilities

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including:

  • Handling Daily Correspondence: Efficiently manage incoming emails and calls from guests, travel partners, and agents. Respond to booking inquiries, provide information, and guide guests through the reservation process with warmth and clarity.

  • Processing Bookings and Cancellations: Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the property management system (Opera). Maintain organized records and ensure every booking detail is correctly logged to avoid discrepancies.

  • Knowledge of Accommodation Offerings: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the resort’s room types, their locations, amenities, and special packages. Offer customized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.

  • Transportation Coordination: Provide accurate information about transportation services, including domestic flights, seaplanes, and speedboat transfers. Ensure guests are well-informed about arrival and departure logistics.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current promotions, room availability, seasonal packages, and resort activities. Use this knowledge confidently to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Coordination with Other Departments: Liaise with front office, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery related to reservations.

  • Maintaining Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure all reservation-related tasks are executed promptly and accurately while following company policies and procedures.


📌 Required Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role of Reservations Agent at Crown & Champa Resorts, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess relevant experience:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment is required.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage, particularly when dealing with international guests.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System is mandatory. Familiarity with other reservation platforms is a plus.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
