JOALI BEING Bodufushi is looking for a dynamic Waiter to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting and who share a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.

  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timely service.

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure satisfaction.

  • Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Uphold the resort’s wellbeing values by promoting healthy dining options and lifestyle choices.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and tact.

  • Participate actively in team meetings and training to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a five-star luxury resort or similar high-end hospitality environment.

  • Prior experience working in a remote island location is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.

  • Outgoing and personable, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing principles.

  • Comfortable working within multicultural teams and respecting diverse cultures.
