Dhigali Maldives is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is vital to ensuring that our guests enjoy immaculate surroundings and five-star service during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms, villas, and public areas. Your role is to ensure that cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation exceed guest expectations.

Your core duties will include:

Supervising housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in all guest areas.
Conducting daily inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with resort protocols.
Training and mentoring housekeeping team members to promote efficiency and excellence.
