💼 Job Title and Description – Spa Receptionist (Chinese Speaker)
Siyam World is currently seeking a Spa Receptionist who is fluent in Chinese and English to join the Veyo Spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, hospitality, and guest service to thrive in a luxury resort job environment.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, personalized, and professional experience, helping guests feel relaxed and well cared for from the moment they arrive.
We are looking for someone with a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy front desk with efficiency and grace.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Receptionist at Veyo Spa, your duties will include:

Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome

Managing spa appointments and scheduling using booking software

Offering spa menu information and assisting guests in choosing treatments

Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with tact and professionalism

Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records

Maintaining cleanliness and order at the reception and guest waiting areas

🎓 Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this hospitality job in the Maldives, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk associate, preferably in a spa or resort setting
