Position Available: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple F&B outlets, coordinating events and promotions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position demands a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, inspires a dynamic team, and consistently upholds the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple outlets in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and special activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all F&B operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of MICROS POS and other related systems.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Inspire, train, and retain a diverse team of F&B professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold professionalism, discretion, and composure under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing F&B outlets in large-scale, luxury hotel or resort operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to create inspiring training programs and manage recruitment processes.
  • Excellent understanding of financial planning, performance monitoring, and reporting.
