Reservations Coordinator
Constance Moofushi Maldives is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to join its Rooms Division team. - Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and special requests within the reservation system.
- Handle telephone communications professionally and courteously at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist guests and travel partners with booking inquiries, amendments, and cancellation requests.
- Ensure reservation records are maintained according to resort standards and procedures.
- Participate in required training programs, including Fire Safety, Tsunami Awareness, and First Aid standards.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor information, and industry developments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate passion and excellence in every guest interaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
