Guest Experience Manager

Diamonds Athuruga Beach & Water Villas is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front Office and Guest Service operations of the resort. Key Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily guest service operations while ensuring a smooth and efficient Front Office environment. Key duties include:

  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required
