Eri Maldives is seeking a dedicated and visionary Assistant Spa Manager to co-lead our wellness sanctuary. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, mentor a high-performing spa team, and support the growth of our wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Support and guide a multicultural spa team to deliver 5-star wellness experiences daily.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee therapist scheduling, inventory management, and ensure strict hygiene protocols.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven experience in a luxury resort spa environment.
