Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Maldives is currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Butler - Chinese Speaking to join its Front Office team. This luxury resort job is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering personalized guest experiences and have a strong understanding of high-end hospitality standards.
As a Butler, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays for guests by providing tailored services, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every aspect of their experience exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking guests, assisting with requests, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with multiple departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest preferences and deliver tailored services that reflect luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist with arrivals, departures, and villa orientations to ensure a smooth guest journey.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and interactions for future personalized services.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Butler Service, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Concierge operations within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to deliver personalized guest services in a luxury resort setting.
- Proven ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
