Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection is currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the resort’s sales and marketing initiatives. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to provide administrative, coordination, and creative support across sales campaigns, marketing communications, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting both sales and marketing functions to ensure smooth execution of strategies and campaigns.

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and contact lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the coordination of sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities across key markets.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, itineraries, contracts, and familiarisation stays.
  • Conduct light market research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities relevant to the Maldives hospitality sector.
  • Assist in drafting marketing copy for social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and guest-facing materials.
  • Help prepare monthly content calendars and organise digital assets such as photos, videos, and brand materials.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of email campaigns using established templates and platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation and coordination of small-scale marketing materials and resort promotions.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and provide support for ad-hoc events and on-island promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required
