Key Responsibilities
The Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing reservation-related activities and supporting departmental operations to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction.
- Handle and respond to all reservation requests received on behalf of the hotel in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the Reservations Manager in the effective daily operation of the Reservations department.
- Manage incoming reservation requests efficiently to prevent backlogs and delays.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure quality checks of bookings made on the previous day.
- Safeguard against double bookings, non-guaranteed reservations, filing errors, and system inaccuracies.
- Ensure proper use of hotel reservation systems and distribution channels.
- Support a positive and motivational working environment within the department and across teams.
- Comply with all reasonable work-related requests assigned by management to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
