Anantara Maldives Resorts are actively seeking to hire a dedicated and service-oriented Reservation Agent to join the Reservations team at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort. Key Responsibilities

The Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing reservation-related activities and supporting departmental operations to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction.

  • Handle and respond to all reservation requests received on behalf of the hotel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Reservations Manager in the effective daily operation of the Reservations department.
  • Manage incoming reservation requests efficiently to prevent backlogs and delays.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure quality checks of bookings made on the previous day.
  • Safeguard against double bookings, non-guaranteed reservations, filing errors, and system inaccuracies.
  • Ensure proper use of hotel reservation systems and distribution channels.
  • Support a positive and motivational working environment within the department and across teams.
  • Comply with all reasonable work-related requests assigned by management to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills Required
