We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the following position at Coco Bodu Hithi:
- Reservations Agent (Maldivian Preferred)
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservation operations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish. This role offers an opportunity to grow within the luxury hospitality industry while contributing to delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and assist guests with booking inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining high-quality service.
- Process reservations efficiently, respond promptly to guest queries, and maintain accurate booking records.
- Monitor market trends and work with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience at the resort.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum college diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a reservations agent within midscale or luxury hotel brands.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Opera PMS preferred.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
