As a member of the Velassaru IT Team, the IT Assistant will support all IT-related functions of the resort under the guidance of the IT Manager. Key Responsibilities
The IT Assistant will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the resort’s IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support for day-to-day IT-related activities and user requests.
- Maintaining computer hardware and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Hands-on operation and support of systems such as Opera, Micros, Infor, and Microsoft O365 products.
- Managing and maintaining systems including 3CX, IPTV, door lock systems, CCTV, and background music systems.
- Attending to network troubleshooting related to GPON, VLANs, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Ensuring all IT systems operate in line with resort standards and security protocols.
- Maintaining excellent personal grooming and hygiene in accordance with resort uniform and presentation standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a five-star resort.
