Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while supporting front office operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments using the property management system.
- Ensuring a warm, courteous, and personalized guest experience at all times.
- Coordinating closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an international luxury brand. Maldives resort experience is preferred.
