Milaidhoo Maldives is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Waiter to join the In-Villa Dining team. This luxury resort job is ideal for individuals passionate about providing impeccable service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in a high-end, boutique resort environment. You will work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure guests enjoy a seamless, personalized, and memorable dining experience at Milaidhoo.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the signature "Milaidhoo Moments" that make every guest stay unique and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter at Milaidhoo Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality in-villa dining service to guests with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Assisting in the setup and presentation of dining areas to meet resort standards.
- Taking and serving guest orders accurately while providing personalized recommendations.
- Handling POS systems efficiently and processing transactions correctly.
- Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Contributing creatively to the creation of memorable dining experiences, or “Milaidhoo Moments.”
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas according to hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and order management procedures.
- Flexible, goal-driven, and an excellent team player.
- Well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Experience across multiple food and beverage operations is an advantage.
