VARU by Atmosphere is currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate its diverse food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of F&B services across the resort’s various outlets, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding guest experiences, and successful revenue generation. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multi-outlet operations.
- Develop and implement innovative concepts, promotions, and strategies to enhance guest experience and increase profitability.
- Supervise the performance and productivity of the F&B department to ensure operations align with VARU standards and departmental procedures.
- Maintain maximum levels of guest satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence.
- Exhibit professionalism, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving abilities when handling challenging situations.
General Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Manager, or 4 years in a senior F&B service management role.
