OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join its marine team as a Boat Crew (Maldivian Only). This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to build or advance their careers in the Maldives hospitality industry, particularly within marine and guest service operations.
The Boat Crew plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional transport services for guests and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in the handling of resort boats for guest transfers, excursions, and daily operations.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers by following maritime safety procedures and resort guidelines.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during transfers and excursions.
- Assist with docking, anchoring, and general boat maintenance duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boats at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely transportation services.
- Support water-based activities and excursions when required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required
