Dhigali Maldives is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Security Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for safety, hospitality, and maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
The Security Officer will uphold the resort’s values of authenticity, caring, and environmental friendliness, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the resort premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure and safe environment.
- Enforce resort safety policies, health protocols, and security guidelines.
- Report and document any incidents or safety hazards accurately and timely.
- Assist with safety drills, fire prevention measures, and first aid when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality security services.
- Educational qualification: Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
- Certification in CPR, Fire Fighting, First Aid, or other relevant safety training preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety best practices in a resort environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
